I think they've all gained at least some, which isn't surprising as they usually starve and dehydrate themselves for the final. That amount of money is a powerful incentive. That's the basic problem with Biggest Loser - weight loss shouldn't be a competition over who can lose the most weight in the shortest time. However, some of them have managed to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle, so that is a massive achievement. It just shouldn't be linked to financial gain.0 -
Is it normal to pee every 20-30 mins when drinking water?
Also, I gave up energy drinks as I thought they were the reason I wasn't sleeping the whole night through, well I'm still not even though I've cut them out, I hope it's just my body getting used to a new sleeping time but it's very annoying!
On a plus, did a tesco shop online, no crisps, no every drinks, no chocolate, only one pizza, did get the pastry stuff again to make the tuna tart, salad, tomatoes etc so yeah, a reasonably healthy shop0 -

If you're drinking a lot of water, then yes, that sounds pretty normal.
Well done on not buying any crisps. I used to be a serious crisp/savoury snach addict, I didn't have any for months which broke the habit. I find them rather salty and greasy now, though I do have a few now and again.0 -

It's after say half a pint of water that I have to go
I'm not planning in getting rid of them forever but for the time being they are gone0 -

We started having caffeine free diet coke at home and I try not to have caffeinated tea or coffee after about 3pm. I can't tell you the difference it's made. Try to avoid ALL caffeine after 3 and see how that helps.ENFP - AssertiveOfficially in a clique of idiotsSmoke me a kipper; I'll be back for breakfast0 -
