There's at least four portions there, maybe six if you add some salad or green vegetables too. Im never ever posting my portions on here, thats all I can say
Although I cooked half a sweet potato tonight and left the other half uncooked.
Shock horror. Actually, Ive not eaten very much today, I dont eat anything on a Sunday morning as I do a thump boxing class at 11am and if I ate breakfast and did the class after it would not be pretty.
Not had crisps in a few days and Im losing the inclination to have any. Also not drinking alcohol either.0 -

Its similar to boxercise, but the training is done under the brand of ricky hatton boxing, they used to call it that but changed it to thump.
Its a freestyle class so two classes are never the same. You learn different combinations of punches and you do some cardio in between as well. I do it twice a week, its helped with my fitness a lot.0 -

I thought you meant you were having a quarter and saving the other quarter for another meal tomorrow?
You do know there's almost 600 kcal in half a sheet of just-rol puff pastry alone, before you add any toppings?
The recommended portion size is 50g so that's approx a sixth of a sheet.
