Mullerlight yoghurt- manipulated sugary carp
Highlights hot chocolate - manipulated sugary carp

You are actually encouraged to eat Mullerlight yoghurts as most of them are syn free & a lot of recipes use them. You can mix one with 35g of oats to make syn free pancakes, the oats are your healthy extra. Highlights are usually about 3 syns, it makes quite a lot & usually lasts a couple of days .
Obviously it's not ideal but better than stuffing your face with chocolate which is high syns & as I said after eating your 5 syn Freddo bar you usually want another one.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Lets say seems to think we should cut everything like that out, what lets say doesn't realise is that the cutting it all out approach doesn't work for everyone, if it worked for me I wouldn't still be fat0 -
I just came across a great idea on another blog.
For spaghetti bolognaise, replace the spaghetti with some shredded steamed cabbage. Pour the bolognaise over it then top with grated cheese. I think I will try it (not that I do the low carb thing) as I'm not that keen on pasta, and it would count as another portion of vegetables.0 -

What are you eating now that you didn't eat in the part?
I'm the same I'm eating newer foods, sushi, trouts seabass, stir fry, butternut squash, tuna burgers
And I've cut out things (mainly meat)
I've tried to find an alternative I like, I couldn't
Some of those foods sound lovely.
Regarding mayonnaise, have you ever thought of just cutting it out completely? I have, and I don't miss it at all now .0 -

It would be far healthier to use Greek yoghurt rather than Muller Light yoghurts. It contains less than half the sugar content of Muller Light. You can also use cabbage as sheets in place of pasta sheets in lasagne. I have cut it out in the past but I like having it on tuna and in bread (I don't use butter or margarine)
When I was a kid we had vinegar with tuna fish. I never even tasted mayonnaise (or salad cream) until I was an adult.
I can see why bread might be a bit dry without any butter though.0
