Waiting on deliveries, the intercom isn't working (for about the 20th time since it got put in) so we are waiting on a visit from them!

Hope you feel a bit happier today Tinks.
Do you remember a couple of weeks ago, when you posted about trying some smaller shorts on, and they fitted? It felt good, didn't it. When you feel down about your 'diet' try and remember that feeling, because it can get better. I started off wearing size 20-22, buying size 16 felt great, size 12 and 14s felt absolutely fantastic.
You can get there, you just have to stick to it and pick yourself up after a bad day.

    Great advice JBD! :T

Yesterday I saw a dress that I liked in a shop window, so today I printed off a picture and I'm going to stick it up in my kitchen to remind me of my goal.

    Don't give up!

I've managed 4 days of healthy eating and it feels like such an achievement already (I usually give up after the first day!) :D

This year I bought clothing without any "X"s in front of the L for the first time in over 30 years. It feels great when it comes, and even better when you know you worked for it.

Ugh, had an awful day today - really struggling - hit both caffeine and chocolate for the first time in quite a while, been very good at my sausage and egg for breakfast, salad for lunch, chicken and rice for dinner and one small treat a day thingy...but circumstances made me run for the choc today!

Ah well, back on it tomorrow. I think we all have days when we struggle, and days where we binge a bit, but as long as they aren't very often it's all good, right? :)

You'll get there. My belly (well my whole midsection) was where I saw the most difference. I lost 13 inches off my waist .

Woah, that's a good loss! How much weight was lost?
