    I agree about not keeping junk in the house to snack on.
    I sometimes have frozen peas as a snack (still frozen) ,they are slightly sweet, quite filling and an extra portion of veg.

    Tink, you will have LOTS of "meh" days on this journey but if you genuinely want to lose this weight (and for me to post my bare !!!!) you're just going to have to learn to deal with them. You have a cheat day per week to look forward to; is this not enough to keep you on the straight til you're narrow?

    My cheat day is up in the air for various reasons, that's probably why I'm feeling meh
