WatToBeSe, just don't buy it. I can rummage in the cupboards as much as I like but if it's not there it can't be eaten. Buy strawberries or blueberries as a sweet treat maybe?
I agree about not keeping junk in the house to snack on.
I sometimes have frozen peas as a snack (still frozen) ,they are slightly sweet, quite filling and an extra portion of veg.0 -

Tink, you will have LOTS of "meh" days on this journey but if you genuinely want to lose this weight (and for me to post my bare !!!!) you're just going to have to learn to deal with them. My cheat day is up in the air for various reasons, that's probably why I'm feeling meh0
