    Thanks! :-)

Anyone got any ideas for quick, healthy breakfasts?

Two days a week (sometimes more) I have to do the early shift at work which is 7am start, so I need a decent breakfast to get me through the morning.

Wholemeal toast with peanut butter or porridge, with a banana? I'm also a shift worker starting early in the morning, always take some fruit with me to keep the munchies at bay mid morning also.

I had porridge with a banana yesterday and it kept me going until lunchtime :-)

I would usually have wholemeal or granary toast, but since I've been having a lot of stomach problems (see my thread on here) I've decided to give up bread :-(

I just had a total pig out -
Started off well porridge and apple for breakfast, egg sandwich for lunch.
After that - 1 fudge bar from M +S (yum), 2 hot cross buns with chocolate in them (bought them by accident), 1 small packet of biscuity things and a packet of doritos. Can't believe I ate all those things .
Will just have a salad for dinner, just to make sure I eat some fresh vegetables.
Hope you are having a good healthy day Tink.

    Breakfast "cupcakes"...

Dice and fry some bacon. Scramble some eggs in a jug with some chopped chives. Mix in the bacon.

Pour into cupcake cases in a baking tray, and bake on a low heat until solid :)

That's what I was thinking! I have the hairy dieters granola recipe at home which I might try :-)

I'm thinking a pot of yoghurt with fruit and a sprinkle of granola might be good. I'll let you know how they turn out.

Hopefully that will help stop my sugar cravings. I had a huge headache last night which I know was withdrawl from sugar/caffine.

Homemade granola is amazing! Much better than store bought because you can tinker with the flavours :)

I've been Money Tipped! Debt-free and Proud!
Its my TOTM and I am craving junk food in large quantities!
Any tips on how to deal with this? I have already had a wagon wheel and bar of dairy milk :(

I treated myself to a new hair cut today, as a reward for staying on track with my eating. I am going to treat myself to something (clothes, make up) every time I lose half a stone. So when I get to 10st 5lbs I will get some new clothes.

You 're right, I will get right back on track tomorrow (well already have ). I added up the calories of all those sweet things I ate and it was over 1000, with no nutritional value at all. I will have to do better tomorrow.
What do you mean by 'image' and egg (guessing that's a spelling mistake :)
