I contacted the company last night as this morning, I still cannot log in - I kind of think I might have been booted off the site but who knows why.. I have been with them for over two years and never had an issue.Strange thing is that a survey still came through this morning via email ,but I am reluctant to want to complete it given the signing in issues..

I had the same problem last night. could not sign in by one of the links but could via the other.... can not recall which one worked now but tried the login top left and bottem right and one of them worked fine.... looks like the have done a tech change to the site that is not working as intended.

If you still have problems please type manually https://www.valuedopinions.co.uk in your browser rather than following the link after doing a survey.
Please note that passwords are case sensitive and check that your Caps Lock is switched off.

I had the same problem yesterday. Eventually it let me log in after a while. They seem to have massive website problems (database errors, etc). I raised a ticket some time ago for an unrelated problem and yet no replies.

All these survey sites seem to be a mum/dad business with little professionalism.

Likely database errors. Bear in mind, it's Saturday and there's a chance no staff is minding the website.

In such a case, it's better to let go and try later, otherwise your account might auto-lock.

I'm having problems logging on many sites, plus I'm not receiving emails (yahoo!).

The last couple of times when I've logged in have had to enter the numbers first. The site has then let me enter, with no problems.

However, when I click the Rewards statement heading, it takes ages before the details actually appear.

Has been like this for a while, not sure whether it's a Safari issue or whether others find this using other browsers.
