    Have you tried to contact them? That would be the first port of call.

    Also, have you checked your balance? There is an itemised one.

    For future reference to save Amazon vouchers just redeem right away at the lowest denomination and then put them on your account. They tend to least 9-10 years minimum.

I can access my account and have seen the statement now which shows that on 11 December someone redeemed 5 lots of £15.50 amazon vouchers (so I actually had more than I thought). They are definitely not in my amazon account. I assume their website has been hacked. Do you think there is any chance that they will reimburse me?

    Don't think their website but probably your account. Have you checked what address is given for them?

  • get on to valued opinions quickly and inform them of this.
    they may be able to cancel the codes.
    if they've been used, i'm not sure how co-operative they'll be, but their should be an easy link between the code and the name/address of the recipient of the goods paid for by the hacked vouchers
