  • It's kind of a long and REALLY frustrating story lol

Anyway I contacted Valued Opinions a couple of weeks ago after noticing I had stopped receiving surveys. They told me my account had been deactivated. They didn't tell me why but they did reactivate it.
I tried to log in using the same details I have always used to log into my account and kept getting the message that my email address could not be found in the system. I got this same message when using the forgotten password link.
After numerous emails to Valued Opinions and them constantly insisting that nothing is wrong with my account today they sent me a new password which worked, however I noticed that my balance was only £3.50 and before they deactivated my account I had over £10.
I checked my reward history and saw that on the 19th December someone redeemed a £10 flexecode. I never redeemed this and didn't receive the code.
I told Valued Opinions this and they recent the code. When I tried to use this code it had already been used.
I have told Valued Opinions this and am still waiting for their reply. Obviously I have just changed my password but I am really annoyed that someone has done this and didn't know it was possible to order voucher codes to other email addresses other than my registered one.
What are the chances I will get this voucher at all or the money back in my account?

I don't know myself - if it was a paper voucher, it would be the address obviously. However Valued Opinions should be able to see which adress received the code.

It is then up to them to reward you with it probably.

  • Thanks for your response I have just posted this there too :)

  • Hi...
I am new to this site - so first off - Hello!
I have been with VO for some time now but when I went to log into my account this afternoon it took me to a page requiring me to enter a four digit number which was displayed. I did that and it took me straight back to the sign in page.
Am I the only person having issues with the site? I am kind of presuming so, because when I check the twitter and FB sites of VO no one was commenting about signing in issues...
It's all a bit odd as I had a couple of surveys this afternoon - completed them and then the log in issues started...
    Thanks for any info.

Well have you tried resetting your password? There are number of VO threads across the forums but not sure if I ever saw anyone struggling to sign in. It might be a temporary problem with the website too as it happens at times.

I had the number thing as well, but just the once. After I'd put in the numbers and signed in, the surveys worked as normal.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I had the same issue as well yesterday, but it let me sign in on the second attempt. Hopefully it was just a glitch with the site yesterday.
