I got in yesterday. What I did was retype my email and my password after the captcha and it worked. That was after trying unsuccessfully for about a week but not typing in everything from scratch.
When I mailed them about it they said that once you have entered the captcha you should be able to log in on the page that comes up .0 -
So I cannot sign in, when I first went onto the site this evening, My balance showed as 0, I went to rewards history and it had my balance of 9.75 on the list, but not the purple bar, I signed out, to sign back in, and now it says my email isnt valid. Is anyone else experiencing this? Twice my account has stopped working for days on end, one time it came back automatically and the second time they said it had been de-activated for inactivity yet I am on it every day.0

I completed a lengthy survey on getting quotes for car insurance from various comparison web sites. Took just over an hour and did not cut any corners. But 6 weeks later the reward for £20 has gone from pending to not rewarded! Have sent them an e-mail but based on earlier experience on getting a response to surveys glitching not too hopeful.
I did complete a similar survey about a year or so back and got paid. But surely if you could only complete that type of survey once it should not have allowed me to continue. I have been finding it harder and harder to actually completed a VO survey all the way through. And when you do- you don't get paid! VO are only just a bit better than Mysurveys these days alas!0 -
I'm getting less and less surveys from them. Never had one not credit that I am aware of, but I generally don't have time to do long surveys.Minimalist

I gave up on them months ago , got over 70% through a long and tedious survey and it kicked me off . I managed to do a couple of short ones to get enough points to cash out and then left .0

Im intending giving up on VO too.
I no longer seem to qualify for the surveys and those I do are becoming more and more tedious and boring and very often crash well over half way through.
I once averaged around £10 per month but only up to £8 since my last payout in July.
Don't know whats gone wrong but Ive had enough of them recently.0 -
I did that survey and did get my reward a couple of weeks ago. It did take ages and I thought I was not going to get it, but came through in the end.Claire0

I used to get about half a dozen surveys a week for about three years. I think I got over a £100 over that time, but about a year ago they just stopped sending me surveys. I have just logged into my account with them noticed that I have some money in my rewards account but it is below the minimum that they will pay out. has anybody been in the same situation?0
