  • I find they can be a bit slow crediting sometimes, I normally check them after 24 hours to see if they have credited and if not would email but they are usually showing on the history as complete by then. I am a member of E-rewards too which is the same company and it happens with them too.

    I haven't completed many surveys recently. It might worth waiting for a bit as they might credit late? I'm not able to log in either.

    I remember someone else creating a thread with similar problems but months ago and i believe it was resolved.

    Same for me, I even tried "forgot password" but get an error message each time so might have to wait until tomorrow or even Monday to see what is going on :(
  • I've had the not being able to log in problem on quite a few evenings over the past week, which given yesterday's email about the site changes and updates I guess is down to them making the necessary changes. Thanks for all your replies
  • I just had a quick check and the two surveys I completed yesterday aren't showing up in the participation history. I've emailed them will let you know what they say.

    Thanks MLE007, I've messaged them and will update here when I get a response too. I had a look on their Facebook page and it seems lots of people are having various issues since they have started the site updates. It's a pain, I won't be doing anymore surveys until its working again which is really annoying as the Amazon vouchers would be useful as we're heading towards Christmas :mad:
  • I think I will leave them well alone until it's fixed too. Fingers crossed it's sorted soon - I am trying to get my Amazon balance up for xmas too :D

    Dear Valued Opinions member,

    Thank you for your email. There is an issue currently with some surveys failing to show in the balance on the member's side. We can see any surveys you have completed though and are working to rectify the issue so you will see them on your account and your balance will be corrected. We hope to fix the issue this week.
    The missing ones aren't showing up yet on my account

    I think I'm jinxed at the moment, tried to get opinion outpost to look into some points I'm missing this morning and it's resulted in my whole account being closed. Not happy!
