  • I still get daily surveys from them- so not sure Mistrsl001 why they have stopped for you. Now I tend to go for shorter surveys. Though I did get my £20 eventually after I complained on their FB page!
  • I gave up with Valued Opinions when they started taking £1.50 off your credit balance when you went to cash in your points. £11.50 for a £10 amazon voucher seemed a bit cheeky to me.

I find I get invited to surveys quite a lot through VO, but I don't often do them as they're often time consuming and screen me out when I've got quite far through. They should at least pay you partial reward when that happens, as I'm sure the info they get must be worth something to them, even if screened out. Over the years, I've cashed out a few times and never had a problem. But before Christmas I cashed out for an M&S voucher and it still hasn't arrived. It's been well over 6 weeks now (they say postal vouchers take 4 - 6 weeks...not sure why!) so I'll be emailing them today to ask where it is. I might stop using them after I get it. They're definitely not as good as they used to be. Sad times.

My experiences with V O have been quite different to the above poster. Today I cashed out a £15 Amazon voucher and the email, complete with Amazon code arrived within half an hour.

Fordiez - are you sure the M & S voucher you requested wasn't an e-voucher? Whenever I have requested an M & S voucher an email has been sent the same day with a clickable link. Then you can print out the voucher.

If this is happened and you contact V O, they will re-send the details.

    Good luck

I was sure it was a postal voucher. In fact, because I hadn't received it by email I assumed it MUST be a postal voucher. But no, I've checked, and you're quite right, it does say e-giftcard. I've emailed them anyway, before I saw your reply, but got the standard auto-response, which I replied to with my details. It says they'll get back to me within 3 days, so we'll see. For what it's worth, I've also done a search in my email inbox (and junk folder) just to check I haven't missed the email, and it's definitely never arrived.

I once mistakenly deleted an email with a voucher code, and VO sent another email quite quickly.

    Good luck!

  • I am getting fed up with this site. Although surveys are frequent and it is relatively easy to build up a payment of £10 within a month or so, all too often I am at completion point of the survey and it is either withdrawn or lost. I contend that, having been accepted, one should receive payment whether the information is used or not.
