  • I'm glad you all got paid, although it makes it even more infuriating to have agreed to the scanning bit (which was the most hassle by far) only to end up with an error message!

Well done to those who got paid. As I said, I probably didn't get paid as I put in false e.mail addresses so I didn't get pestered so it's partly my fault.

However, this combined with now having to pay £10.50 for a £10 voucher convinced me t call it a day with them.

Cancelled my account and was disappointed that the only reasons I could give were selectable from a drop down box. Sadly, "I am sick of being treated like a piece of s**t", was not a selectable option.

I was just over 3/4 of the way through a 30 minute survey when it kicked me off with the 'survey is now full' message . I have spent nearly 25 minutes answering the most tedious questions about household cleaning for nothing and I am not a happy bunny.
I have e-mailed them about this - I really think if you are accepted on the survey you should be allowed to complete it and get paid :mad::mad::mad:

This has also happened to me, and I agree, it is really annoying. VO's surveys can be long and tedious, and when you fail to be rewarded it is totally unprofessional and unfair.

When emailed Valued Opinion's response has been that your points will be awarded, and to check your Participation history to see whether the survey number shows.

Not sure whether this link will work, but the section can be found at the bottom of the Home page.

Good luck, hope they respond positively.

It isn't showing on my history as I never got the survey completed but I agree it is very wrong of them to let people spend time on a survey and then pull it before they have finished.
I am going to get to the points needed for a voucher and then I may not bother with them any more - and tedious was being polite , 25 minutes answering questions about cleaning products and how I cleaned my home

I've reached the final page of surveys and never been rewarded. There were several a few months ago, worth quite a few £s. Completed the surveys, but points were never added.

Also, the fact that they now charge 50p for each voucher redemption devalues the points you have already made.

Valued Opinions are definitely not as good as they used to be.
  • I can sympathise - as I posted on another thread the other day, I got an error message on the final page of one of their surveys that was for £20! I agree that if you start a survey, that survey place should be allocated to you and should not disappear just because the target number is reached while you're still doing it. It makes me mad to provide so much information and get nothing. I'm personally waiting for VO to answer my complaint about the £20 survey and this will determine whether or not I go on with this site.

I have given up doing the surveys as it took months to earn a £10 voucher as I had the same problem and that was about a year ago.

Weird I must admit I get a good £15 off them every two months or so. I just patch doing the 20 - 25 minute ones and stick to the 50p 10 minute ones lol. That's my work around to not deal with their incredibly tedious surveys. That being said VO - paid for all my uni books this year lol.
