You've missed your POPLA appeal deadline then? Check the code using the Parking Cowboys code checker (it's in the NEWBIES thread post #3). If so I suggest you complain to Aldi to get them to cancel this if you have receipts/bank statements from Aldi ANY WEEK/MONTH RECENTLY?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

From this thread you'd think you can just park where ever you like and for as long as you like.
Next time I head into town, I might just park in somebody's driveway as long as there are no signs that meet ATA code of practice"talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish" - Euripides0 -
No, its not where I live, its in an area my friend lives and she always used to park there with no problems. Its must be newish rules?Coupon-mad wrote: »Have never shopped there recently?0 -

How can it be a mistake? You didn't use the shop. You have no receipts. You don't understand the appeals process. You missed all the deadlines. I have to be brutally honest, and suggest you wouldn't be able to present a decent defence at court. Others may disagree.0
