    You've missed your POPLA appeal deadline then? Check the code using the Parking Cowboys code checker (it's in the NEWBIES thread post #3). If so I suggest you complain to Aldi to get them to cancel this if you have receipts/bank statements from Aldi ANY WEEK/MONTH RECENTLY?

  • From this thread you'd think you can just park where ever you like and for as long as you like.

    Next time I head into town, I might just park in somebody's driveway as long as there are no signs that meet ATA code of practice

    No, its not where I live, its in an area my friend lives and she always used to park there with no problems. Its must be newish rules?

    How can it be a mistake? You didn't use the shop. You have no receipts. You don't understand the appeals process. You missed all the deadlines. I have to be brutally honest, and suggest you wouldn't be able to present a decent defence at court. Others may disagree.
