As far as I am aware the bundle goes to the court and the court will then forward any neccessary documents onto the parties involved

Nope, you have to sent to the solicitor AND the court. The court do not forward anything on! To "file" means send to court; to "serve" means sent to the defendant.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -

Thanks again.
When I got home today there was another letter waiting.
Last week the court sent my cheque back, which was submitted with the Allocation Questionnaire, because I made it out to my local court instead of HMCS ,with a letter saying to resend it ASAP.
I've not got round to it yet, will pop it down in morning though, but the letter I received today said....
"Before DISTRICT JUDGE XXX sitting at XX County Court
Upon consideration of the court file
IT IS ORDERED THAT the Claimant must file the allocation questionnaire fee, by 16th July 2007 and in default the claim will be automatically struck out and the Defendant will be at liberty to enter judgement forthwith on any counterclaim."
Could someone translate please!!You should get this letter to the judge ASAP ... I wouldn't have thought you'd have to attend court :-

Basically, make sure the court have your fee in their hands by 16th July, or you will have your claim "struck out", i.e. ended!Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
I have filed a claim against Barclays for £3050 approx. They are defending the claim and the claim is going to court soon. I need some help if possible in mounting a defence for court and preparing the paperwork for the court hearing. How do I proceed???? Help!!! Many thanks David0

Have you had "Directions" from the judge with your date? These will state what you must put in your court bundle as your defence. It's very important you follow the judge's order. If you have had directions, see links above to the CAG website where you'll find all the info. you need for your court bundle.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
