The court bundle is not required until 14 days before the trail, but allow a further week to sort it out and post it to the court and Barclays.

All the details are on this thread if you look through recent pages and the link above. The CAG forum contains the BASIC court bundle to print off and you have to source whatever else the judge has asked you for.
It's vital you get all the correct info. together. What has he asked you for? i.e. what "directions" has he issued? You can post them on here to get advice. It's pretty impossible to advise if we don't know the details of your proposed court submission.

Hi one and all! I'm a bit concerned, about all this court bundle stuff. DH is due at Bristol county court on 6th Aug. In his letter from the court it only says;
"the original documents shall be brought to the hearing"
there is no mention of court bundle and also in the previous letter from the courts we didn't have to fill out the allocation questionaire either.
I know I'm clutching at straws here, but do you think this means the judge could be in our favour?:eek: :eek:0
