I am abroad and will get back a day before my court date 5th September.

Just wanted someone who knows if I actually NEED a court bundle? (as I wont be able to get the papers in on time with the 14 day period) and if I can just turn up at court as banks are not turning up then shouldnt I win by default anyways?

    please help.

case is for over 700 pounds.

I need to send my documents by 12th August. I have already downloaded the court bundle from CAG. I have all the recent correspondence from Abbey and I have details of all charges over the last 6 years. Do I need to include anything else before I send off? If so, please tell me what else I need. Thank you all !!
  • have you started the process ie prelim and LBA? or are we talking court process?

My court date is set for 17th Sept.

    The court order reads:

"Each party shall deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents (including any experts' report) on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than 12th August 2007"

Apart from the documents I have previously mentioned, can you think of any other I will need to satisfy the court?

This is all new to me and I feel I'm out of my depth here and sinking fast.!!!!!

    Thanks.

I just don't know how I'd go about it without all your help and support. Thank you all.
