Court Bundle Checklist

Hello People
I have been trying to search through the forum pages for the answer to this but it's a big task!
Can anyone explain in detail what a court bundle would include.
I am claiming Overdraft Fees only. I am taking Barclays to court (test case announcement happened after filing the case with MCOL - still waiting for date or adjournment) and the court hearing will take place in Southend County Court.
Thanks

Hi, I'm hoping that someone out there will be able to offer some help and/or advice.
My situation is that I have applied to my bank to re-claim unfair charges, I
had a preliminary hearing in July this year and have a court case
scheduled for 5 November 2007.
As preparation for the court case, the courts have advised me to provide the
following:
i A statement of evidence of all matters relied upon as tending to show that
the charges are irrecoverable as penalties otherwise.
ii Copies of decided cases and other legal materials to be relied upon
I am unsure what this first point specifically means and therefore
do not know what kind of a statement this should be, can anyone provide any in-sight?
Secondly, I've surfed the web and the only thing that I have found that
could possibly be helpful would be a copy of The Unfair Terms in Consumer
Contracts Regulations 1999. Are there any other cases or laws that anyone
could suggest would be helpful.
Unfortunately, due to ill health and my forgetfulness I have to have all
information submitted to the Court and Barclays by this Friday, 7th
September.
If anyone can provide me with any assistance it would be greatly appreciated!0 -
You need to read the previous posts in this thread and have a look at CAG website which is linked in this thread.0

Please help.
I am due in court on Friday 7th September.
I have done the court bundle and distributed copies to the relevant people and I have spoken to the court today who have told me that as yet no stay has been requested or granted.
I am trying to find out information regarding the actual court procedure. My case has been allocated 5 minutes so I gather that this is not going to be a lengthy process, however I would be grateful if someone could give me some advice about what I need to say (if anything) and how I should prepare.
Thankyou in advance for any advice you can give me.0 -
