hIYA - i HAVE TAKEN ALL THE ADVICE I HAVE READ AND HEARD, AND TOOK MY BANK (ABBEY) TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT VIA THE INTERNET,IT WENT TO NORTHAMPTON COURT. IT HAS NOW BEEN PASSED TO MY LOCAL SMALL CLAIMS COURT, AND THE ABBEY ARE CONTESTING ALL OF MY CLAIM FOR MY BANK CHARGES! HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS HAPPEN AND WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME. PLEASE HELP WITH YOUR ADVICE. IM SCARED AS IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE TO APPEAR IN COURT AND HAVE PAPERS READY ETC. ARGGGG! REGARDS

1. Stop using capitals only, it is considered shouting.
2. Read the Abbey thread (there is a sticky with a link to all major bank threads on top of the board)

Hi.. Please can someone help..... I have a court date 20.8.07 and I have done the court bundle....but the bank hasnt sent me theirs....the judge requested we each send the other and them 21 days before the hearing date...I checked with the court and they havent received the banks' either.! Does this help me??

recieved court date etc on the attached order ref the following directions apply to this claim : 6, the claiment must clarify the case set out in the documents sent to court so far.that party must deliver to the court office and to all the parties involved list of charges etc etc, in 2 weeks .what does clarify mean ? stating why i think the charges are unfair again etc ?
i know the next paragraph means court bundle 14 days before court date0 -
Yes, clarify means make clear your claim and on what basis you are making it.0
