I've cancelled my Pru Health insurance well within the cooling off period of 30 days, and i signed the LA Fitness contract in the fitness centre. According to the LA Fitness contract i only had a 14 day cooling off period, which i narrowly missed by a fews days. My Pru Health cancellation certificate has arrived in the post but I am unsure if i am off the hook with LA Fitness, any ideas??

you must be... LA Fitness is a benefit provided by PruHealth. They're not gonna force you to keep on using the benefit even though you're not paying them any more...

I've forgotten because its been so long, but did you give direct debit details to PruHealth or LA Fitness for your gym membership?

The direct debit details go to LA fitness. It is done through their website.

How will anyone know if we just swipe and go?
In my gym we swipe to go in but don't need to swipe to go out.
I don't always have time to go to the gym so have been swiping to go in and just use the bathroom and leave.

They won't be able to prove that we haven't used the gym surely?

My question wasnt about the pru costs (its £88 for 4 of us incidently) - i wanted to know if i have to pay £15 monthly virgin membership if my son, 3, is a pru member...

I also spoke to a live agent on the pru site, said he wasnt aware of any discounts for children @ virgin
