When it was pointed out to PMISpecialist he was breaking the rules by using the forum to tout for business, he (reluctantly) agreed and said he would contact MSE Admin to apply for his offer to be "authorised".

It seems from his recent posts (with no mention of being given permission from MSE), that this permission has not been allowed, so he just carries on breaking the rules on no advertising, no abusing the pm system, and no touting for business!

PMISpecialist will also be benefitting from the Broker Vitality points which is another handy reward for self promotion. Bless his good work.

Why are you and your favourite bum chum always attacking me? Why not go help some people if you can?

I'm with Pruhealth myself i get to platinum every year myself and do not get to spend any vitality broker points. I think the girls in the office get them (i don't know) but i don't because i don't need them because i'm platinum already.

Yes go through quidco (nothing personal) who will give you no advice, no extra information £35 and take months and months to pay out.

Don't whatever you do go through an independent PMI specialist broker (FSA registered) with 10+ years experience who is fully trained via pruhealth (amongst many other insurers) has been a member Pruhealth himself for 4-5 years, knows the product inside out and can give you £100's cashback in 6-7 weeks. Because that would be complete madness.

I've got alot of work to do now but will be back later to discuss this.

You have to remember PMIspecialist the who ethos of MSE is to give help to posters that is independent and free from advertising. We all work in the industry and if we all did PMs to posters and offered out services etc it woud have an inevitable effect on the advice that was given as peoples answers would be influenced by trying to gain business or rubbish other posters comments.

Thats the beauty of MSE its free of advertising etc and long may it continue.

I accept you are experienced and can no doubt give good advice, I'm just a bit uneasy with the using MSE to gain business.

Imagine what MSE would be like if we were all on here making posts that were influenced by us making personal gains on them

You attack wutang and quentin, they give good impartial advice on MSE, of which the good thing is it is not tainted by them trying to get business. They give their advice for no other reason but to try and help fellow MSE members without being tainted by them using MSE to benefit personally.

I would feel a lot happier with your posts etc if you went down the route of getting MSE to agree to your cashbacks etc. I can see they would be of benefit to some MSE posters.

You know all about the procedure from our previous exchanges, (posts #1209 & 1210), so why pretend you don't know what to do?

Calling anyone "bum chum" is unnecessarily offensive and abusive, seems designed to cause trouble and is hardly an example of the professional you claim to be.

Touting for business isn't allowed. Nor is advertising.

Why should you abuse the system to do it? Let one PMI broker get away with all this free advertising you are getting, what happens next?

Thanks dacouch. Some people could learn a thing or two about answering a straight question from you rather than trying to wind people up instead.

No problems, you did not do yourself and favours by insulting Quentin and Wuntang, insults are against the rules and spirit of MSE.

I hope you go down the route of getting MSE to agree your business.

There is only one person trying anything on here over this.

Your question was hardly a "straight one" - as the procedure for this was discussed with you weeks ago when I posted the correct procedure for you:
If you think you have a genuinely good deal please contact a Board Guide for the board you’d like to post it on. If they agree with you they’ll contact the MSE Team and it will be considered. Any final decision will be that of the MSE Team. Please do not question the response with the Board Guide.

    You replied with:
please can you reccomend a board guide? (a really nice one prefferably :p)
