Is everyone's Sainsburys' points credited OK? Mine hasn't been added for a month now:(

It used to be added every week or so, but nothing since I've renewed in mid-Oct. I've re-entered my Nectar card number as well, but no change.
Having looked at my Nectar card statement, I see no points has been added since mid-Oct:shocked:.
But I did buy food/fruit/veg from Sainsburys...

I'd contact Pru directly about that if i were you, mine are going on in a matter of a few days.

Maybe they have fixed it now ? Worth a try though if you have both next time you go.

oh and there is a delay on gettin a fitbug. Ordered mine beginning last week and still no show. Fitbug say they have a warehouse issue and like a 2 week delay.

I eventually found the link a couple of days ago, nested deeply below the Allan Carr stop smoking section>Rewards tab:

Anyone know how soon the ebay purchases on sporting goods takes to show on the ebay statement and then as points?

I have had a ebay one on my statement for a week and was added within a few hours of the auction finishing, but no points listed a yet for it even though elegible and listed as so.

I though also bought 3 other things from the sporting goods category, but they are not even listed on my ebay statement, yet are eligable as checked.

Called 0800 092 7333 but they say it takes like 2 weeks to get the info from ebay. Emailed the pru_protect team, just in case.

Any ideas?

You know one get's 2 nectar cards when we join nectar. Never realised each had different number.:o I've been using the other card:rolleyes:
