The stupid website is not playing ball  Since I am now leaving, have decided to make use of some of the 'perks' and would like to book either a Champney's break or a Eurostar ticket for next week. Do I do this through the pru site or direct using membership no'?DEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0

Do Pruhealth take the money straight away and then on the monthly anniversary of when you signed up, or at the beginning/end of the calendar month for the followin/past month?
I'm contemplating signing up, but should I try and get to Silver/Gold status before joining the gym, or join the gym straight away and should I wait until Nov 1st to sign up for the premium?0 -
Hi Spork,
You'll have two separate direct debits, one for the premium and one for the gym. They will probably go out on the same day, but the premium will go out at the start of the upcoming month (in advance) while the gym fee will go out at the start of the next month (in arrears).
I think you'll find it's always the 1st of the month.Operation Get in Shape

Just got the renewal quote for my Pruhealth plan. Having worked hard to get to platinum level, and not having claimed, I expected to have no premium to pay at all. But they've added £60, citing an increase in medical costs! Cheeky !!!!!!s. . .
Still, will work out at about £13 a month for the gym I use. Still a very good deal.0 -
Theowl,
That's absolutely standard. An increase in medical costs will simply be due to inflation and you being a year older. Your 100% discount means 100% of last year's basic premium being deducted from this year's slightly higher basic premium. So it's never going to be nil, but as you've discovered, it shouldn't work out at more than about a fiver a month (on Platinum, that is). My Year 2 premium (excluding gym fees) is £5.26 p/m.Operation Get in Shape

If I accidentally, get a digit wrong with my age, and never claim on the health insurance, but still get my gym freebie, is this fraud?
Any people in the know?

Hello..my first post.
I'm seeking some advice about potentially signing-up to Pruhealth and continuing to use my local (outside M25) Cannons.
My current membership expires on Dec 31 and is about £47pcm, I'm in my mid-40s and quite fit, ns, without any chronic conditions. I have no intention whatsoever of claiming anything from Pru as my partner works in Harley Street and has excellent connections. I can get my fitness assessed at any time due the the v nice Cannons PT staff.
My question is can anyone suggest when I should think about signing up to the Pru so I can continue my membership on Jan 1st on Gold at least, and also is there any cashback deals going besides the TopCashback site one?
Thanks for reading,

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can quickly answer my question. My wife and I are both using Pruhealth at the moment, I am in my second year and am at Platinum, my wife is coming up to her renewal and is already at platinum.
We have not made the 26 visits yet for this quarter, will this matter, as our quarter ends on october 31st and the new billing starts on the 1st November. So in theory the number of visits this quarter is irrelevent? Is that the case?
Cheers,
