Thinking of you and your family. It is very hard for you all, but I hope that your dear OH is not distressed. xxThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0

Sending you the biggest of hugs LL.
We've been friends for a long time 'virtually' and I do feel for you and the boys. Obviously the professionals recognise the signs but who knows how long your darling OH will stick this out. He's been dealt a very rough hand and I hope it's his choice how to play it.
Do keep in touch.
Thinking of you. xxx0 -

Well I am total MSE and last night I cut my long (ish) hair into a layered bob
I watched a couple of clips on you tube and then threw caution to the wind and cut! My logic was that if it all went wrong I could go to the hairdressers to get it fixed however it has turned out rather well. The front is great however I need to fix the layers at the back.
We are still hoping to go for a beach holiday later in the year  so I need to snap out of my laziness and get exercising or I will not enjoy the break as much as I should. I [STRIKE]hate[/STRIKE] dislike exercise so I need to just grit my teeth and do what will burn the most calories and tone me up the fastest. The C25K programme seems popular so I think I will try that with walking and pilates thrown in for good measure. Tomorrow I am going to go and get a pair of running shoes
To go with all this exercise the exfoliating and moisturising will be starting in earnest too!
I just don't know where my time goes during the day, my gorgeous boy naps regularly yet still I don't make the time for exercise. I need a firm talking to!Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
Rummer buy (not mse lol - encourage to spend) a body brush and this every morning before shower to rev up your system. It really does help the 'tone' of skin. From the feet it long strokes towards the heart. From fingers in long strokes towards heart. Tummy in a circle.
Good luck
I have nearly finished decorating this flat and hopefully it will be in market this weekend. I swear it has exhausted me and I need a good rest!! Booked a week off work in Junemy mental health seems to still be here Just!! And hopefully it will sell really quickly !!

LL- so sorry. Sending you and your family virtual hugs. x
It's my birthday Sunday and rather than the enjoyable time it should be it's become a bit of a nightmare and perhaps of my own making. I am going for a meal with my children and their partners, I had thought of inviting my parents and sister but they only eat certain things and wouldn't eat a chinese. I pondered and decided as some of you said on here it's my birthday and I didn't want to opt for a pub type meal. Now I'm feeling guilty at not including my parents and sister. Fact is my parents are getting on in years and though it's not nice to think may not be here much longer. I do include them at other times but as my income and house is small it's difficult to get everyone together at the same time. My sister never thinks (i've probably mentioned this before) and doesn't seem to have these guilt feelings at all. I invite her here but have never been to her home. Just wanted an outside take on it. Why do I feel like this? I worry all the time about others feelings even when it isn't reciprocated and whilst I wouldn't want to be the opposite it would be good to shut this guilty voice up at times.
Did have a lovely meal with a friend last night for my birthday. I will be having a weekend off my eating plan but back on it mon. On the day I plan to have a morning catching up on a couple of films I recorded but haven't had chance to watch, a walk with the dog in the afternoon, followed by a relaxing pamper session before the meal.
