Sorry to hear that, kar999. If you decide it's necessary to make a complaint, you can do that using the details I've provided below:

By phone - 01733 462 224 or 0845 303 0303
In writing - Club Lloyds Lifestyle Benefits, PO Box 61, Tring, Hertfordshire, HP23 5QZ
By email - enquiries@clublloyds.com

Thanks,

Craig

Thanks for the info Craig. I suspect this particular mix up lies with Hearst Publishing as my Club Account has the right magazine but 12 issues of Harpers Bazaar is about as useful to me as an ashtray on a motorbike. :)
If the ball had gone in the net it would have been a goal.
If my Auntie had been a man she'd have been my Uncle.

I think you may find that someone involved in the supply chain (not the bank) is up to something (not sure how to put this) not quite right here.

Harpers Bazaar is being substituted for the chosen magazine in some cases, and in others it seems that no magazine at all is being sent.

I'm sure this is saving some money for someone in the chain, but it's not doing Lloyds Bank's reputation any good.

I had an email at the end of May confirming my selection and stating my first issue would be Augusts which goes on sale at the start of July.

I joined in mid April. So not the speediest of service but might explain why some others have still to get a magazine.

I received my magazine for the first time last week. It is the title that I ordered back in early May.

Sorry to spoil the theory that somebody is replacing all mags with Harpers Bazaar.

We received two of the magazines we ordered last week, and a third magazine will start next month, hopefully again the one we ordered.

My guess is that as so many magazines are now having to be issued that perhaps mistakes are being made rather than any deliberate act by Hearst Publishing...but what do I know....:(

I received Good Housekeeping (as requested) early in June (the July edition).

We can only guess at the reason for timing differences (perhaps dependent on the title requested and when selected). Incorrect title? - mistakes happen.
