I had a Ovivo Data Sim in my iPad, very rarely used it so I'm looking for a PAYG Data Sim which I can Top-Up with £10 and use it till its gone, I don't want to have to Top-Up £10 each month and loose most of my credit every month. I tend to use BT Fon or Free WiFi when I can.
Three's 321 won't work in an iPad.
Anyone have any ideas of a cheap Data Sim for a very low user0 -
Useful info about most payg networks their charges and benefits can be found here: http://petef.22web.org/payg.html0

My contract has just ended with O2 and I was just about to sign up to three Ovivo sims for my OH, DS and DD. I have now decided to opt for tesco mobile for several reasons. firstly it works on O2 network so existing phones are okay. They were voted Which best buy and they are the cheapest for what I need. £7.50 per month on a rolling month to month contract for 250 mins, 5000 texts, plus an additional 150 mins or 250Mb of data for each sim on family perks. There is cashback available through quidco and triple clubcard points on bill.
In addition to this I can cap the spend on each bill so no nasty surprises and the £7.50 is inclusive of VAT which other providers dont normally allow for in their pricing. £22.50 per month for the whole family. more expensive than Ovivo but still not a bad deal.0 -
o2 and tesco are not necessary the same network if you are referring to locked phones.
Locked o2 phones may not work with a tesco sim.0 -

But they normally do.

Thanks for the warning. Going to take my chances and hope they work. Tesco seem to be the best for what I am after and I like the fact I dont have to sign up to a 12month contract.0
