No, but O2 phones, if locked, work with a Tesco sim.

I've had Tesco Mobile phones (Nokia Lumia 900, Nokia Lumia 510, Nokia 100 and Sony Xperia Play. All Pay Monthly) and o2 sims work in them all.

I recall someone once saying (this was a while ago now), that Tesco Mobile Pay Monthly phones will accept o2 sim cards, but not their PAYG phones. May not be the case anymore but
