Still waiting for my first bill to arrive by email but as only two of the three weeks I was advised it would take have elapsed I shall give them the benefit of the doubt and wait one more week before contacting them.

Just a thought but I wonder if ExtraEnergy are on OFGEM's radar yet?

From a customer services viewpoint they are very good but a number of other aspects of their organisational setup would give me cause for concern if I were part of the regulatory team and I'd be tempted to put a shot across their bows!

No and I am now becoming even more concerned that ExtraEnergy may have some serious issues with its systems given that a very senior manager has been dealing with this issue for well over 2 weeks with no resolution in sight, despite regular exchanges of emails.

Given the fact that they came to the market over 4 months ago with no interactive services available on their website and still no sign of them, other than promises, it doesn't bode well at all.

I can't criticise their customer services for tardiness in answering calls or responding to issues, it's just that some elements of their organisation appear to be lacking in positive and inspiring leadership.

Where's Digby Jones when you need him!:)

Often that's where the issue lies. Senior managers... "Normal" managers tend to be a bit more "on the ball" but senior managers are the face of the company

As one of my previous posts says EE hope to have full interactive services up and running by end of this month or early August. Myself I keep a record of all payments made and a manual record of all meter readings given to them.

There has been a lot of bad press about NPower but I never had an issue with them and only left because of price. Also they had reasonable online facilities.

Then let's hope that in mid-August we are still not discussing the missing interactive services.

Anyone want to open a book on it or better still a sweepstake?

Can I have second week in October?

I was thinking that to be fair it would be a good idea to offer the customer service reps at ExtraEnergy a chance to enter the sweepstake and before anyone shouts unfair, I reckon they are just as much in the dark as we are.

So, it's Abbie for third week in December and me for second week in October.

Come on Mable, what week and month do you want (and anyone else who wants to join in)?

    You never said which year....:rotfl:

I would hope/assume that the license application process for EE to to supply gas and electricity in this country will have included conditions which make providing full online account access a mandatory requirement?

If that's the case then I can see Ofgem being inundated with formal complaints in the not too distant future if EE do not come up with the goods extremely quickly. In my view they have already had more than what could be considered a reasonable timescale to provide this basic requirement.

At the moment it appears that EE have absolutely no means of billing their customers and the continued delays, failed promises and silence on this matter is now becoming a source of growing concern.

I wonder if the invisible EE Rep/Tea Lady would care to issue a formal statement on this matter to put our minds at rest? :D

There's a few weeks left open in 2016 if you feel lucky.

    Oops! Sorry wrong sweepstake.

I was thinking of the "when will EE fold sweepstake".:rotfl:
