You are not alone im afraid.
Unfortunatley the EE reps have also gone into hiding on this forum as they cannot hold back the facts being brought up by their customers.

Excuses include what you have mentioned above.
EE is passing the buck to zee Germans on excuse number 3 in the excuse book.

The last excuse to me was that they only legally have to bill once per year. I was told 6 monthly when 2 months in contract.

EE stalling for time I call it......

I’m sorry about your billing problems. If you can email me your name, account details, contact details and MSE name to blogresponse@extraenergy.com I will look into this for you. Please quote MoneySavingsExpert.Com in the subject field.

I am the official company representative of Extraenergy. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

OI! EE Rep, I hope all these folk you are responding to arent jumping the queue in front of me, going by the amount of time I have been in touch with your company and how long it takes your company to respond to anything (if at all) I must have been at least 349,800th in line, now i'll probably get put back to 350k place if you put all these folk in front of me! :naughty:

Nope, I didnt think I was going to get a phone call today.

I was optimistic but held out hope. I was promised and I confirmed the 7th several times after pointing out the 3rd was a Bank holiday.

I have been lied too and simply fobbed off by EE customer services.

Seems the reps are back in town.

Shame they do not want a discussion or at least offer some information to their poor little customers.

Dont worry, even with the reps on here it seems they too struggle to accomplish what they desire no matter how hard they try.

EE simply dont have the systems in place!

It certainly wasnt a computerised response, it was all done manually.
:rotfl:

You either annoyed them or I did lol. Maybe the finance director did not want his inbox filling with rabid customers moaning at ever little things.

"He became the managing director of ExtraEnergie GmbH. Since then, he has been developing the profitable energy segment, gained a successful foothold in new markets and sustainably improved customer satisfaction and service quality ".

We are not getting results from contacting head Office here. He is M.D and as such responsible for the mess the company is in, he "gained successful foothold in new markets" which probably means the UK. The bills are, apparently, generated in Germany and then checked over in the UK and they are usually wrong - apparently. it would do no harm for him to know what we all think of them. Or maybe when he reads all the bad publicity he will speak to Jo what's her name in the UK. Always aim for the top dog, it got me compensation from a well known Bank once.
Yeah, yeah, sure. But all I was meaning was - Why would the German for 'Smith' trigger the censoring software?? Rhyming slang or something?
