07 Apr 15 EXTRA ENERGY BGC 90.00.
Best of luck to everyone.0 -
I got no faith what so ever in getting a call back,as ive been promised in past and they never called!!ill update tomoz night
They just pluck a date out of thin air to keep you quiet and waiting another week, this proved by the fact they gave a bank holiday date for a call back.
This also proves that they are totally unprofessional and haven't a clue what they are doing.
I have an email ready to send them after my next DD on 27th to inform them I am switching, which they should know by then, and that the DD will be cancelled and I will pay any balance on receipt of bill. You just have to take charge yourself and not let them dominate and intimidate you with threats.Holding back the years...0 -
Looked back on first page of this thread, someone has given info about Extra Energy, who we know are German Co., are part of this http://www.extraholding.com/
Go to the website and you can find under Management the name of the Managing Director, he is Samuel !!!!!!!,
As of 02 May 2012, Samuel !!!!!!! became the managing director of ExtraEnergie GmbH. Since then, he has been developing the profitable energy segment, gained a successful foothold in new markets and sustainably improved customer satisfaction and service quality . Joke!
After graduating successfully his MBA in the USA, he has worked as management consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants until 2010, supervising several international projects in the energy and chemicals sector such as E.ON, RWE, Israel Chemicals etc. During his time he was ranking among the Top 50 of strategy consultants worldwide.
Up until 2012 Samuel !!!!!!! was employed as Director of Sales Strategy at RWE (UK). There he was responsible for the strategic repositioning of the sales activities of the RWE group for the British market.

I can't think what issue the forum has with S c h m i d t?
"He became the managing director of ExtraEnergie GmbH. Since then, he has been developing the profitable energy segment, gained a successful foothold in new markets and sustainably improved customer satisfaction and service quality ".
We are not getting results from contacting head Office here. He is M.D and as such responsible for the mess the company is in, he "gained successful foothold in new markets" which probably means the UK. The bills are, apparently, generated in Germany and then checked over in the UK and they are usually wrong - apparently. it would do no harm for him to know what we all think of them. Or maybe when he reads all the bad publicity he will speak to Jo what's her name in the UK. Always aim for the top dog, it got me compensation from a well known Bank once.Holding back the years...0 -

Also, according to your previous posts, you don't have a problem with Extra Energy but you seem to be the only one on this forum who is happy with them:p, so leave me to vent my frustrations any which way I can..Holding back the years...0 -
Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock.
No phone call so far, im waiting very patiently for the phone call I was promised.
There is still time/hope EE have not lied to me the other day about the promised return phone call in regards to my complaint/complaints.
I think MABLE has done well to get the leaving fee's dropped and the outstanding monies returned. I cant say that is because EE was considerate and done their jobs well, more the case of MABLE's persistence with the matter.0 -

Fussypensioner - Thats made me laugh and cheered me up in regards to not yet getting a phone call as promised today (so far anyway)
Linked-in also has EE employees listed (for now at least)
If I have been lied too again I will be impressed at all.0
