I agree, who is regulating these outfits/misfits?
If EE is so far behind with system/bills how will they ever catchup?
Im waiting eagerly for the 7th as I was promised a return call in regards to my complaint/complaints. The 7th was confirmed instead of the 3rd which I pointed out was a bank holiday.
I just dont see a phone call being made - To be continued one would say.0 -
Its all happening on the 7th then! Hope we will not be disappointed.0
-
i also am awaiting a phone call on the 7th
Why does EE give a date for a phone call to resolve complaints. When I have complained to other companies they are usually able to deal with it straight away, or put you through to someone who can. Does this mean that they are not being trained properly and have to refer to somebody else, if this is the case, no wonder they never reply to emails at customer care. Perhaps "Dan" will know??Holding back the years...0 -

Fussypensioner, did you not know EE is the fastest growing UK company with over 350k customers. EE has outpaced all other companies.....
EE seems to have also outpaced their abilities actually function as expected.
EE are too busy celebrating their achievements to recognise the impending storm.0 -

At least OVO could manage their customer expectations. Whats the points of outpacing your competitors if as fast as customers join they leave.
I have been with Ovo and never had any problems and only left on price.
As more operators come into the market I realise now not to go on price alone. At least EE refunded my exit fees of £50.0 -

How did you get your exit fees refunded from EE? was it because of poor service?Holding back the years...0 -

I think its the least EE could do for MABLE as a small apology for all the wrong bills.
Saying that, what EE say to what they actually do I am slowly finding isnt the case so far.
Tomorrow is the day for EE to make a lot of calls. I will wait till Wednesday to allow contact through to close of play tomorrow.
The clock is ticking .......0 -
I'm also on the list for a call tomorrow.0

Busy phone lines tomorrow then!
Shall look forward to looking back here tomorrow evening!
Good luck for everyone hoping for a resolution.0
