Bet you that's the last we hear from Dan, like all the others employed by Extra Energy, IF in fact he was an employee.

I hold my doubts about Dan!

    Troll?

Jo Robertson attemp to excuse EE?

Just the part "we are the fastest growing UK company" that gets me.

Thats the sort of talk you hear in board rooms who are in denile but we will focus on the achievements bit.
  • Disgraceful company - Moved house and been waiting 4 months now for final bill.. Account is >£400 in credit but they wont reply to any emails...
when I phone them they blame the 'Germans' as they have to work the bill out..! they return no call despite promising to do so...
customer service is bad at its best.. switch to this supplier at your peril..!

What Dan is saying fits in with what the billing manager has been telling me. Whether he is a troll we do not know but he is factually correct.

You are not alone im afraid.
Unfortunatley the EE reps have also gone into hiding on this forum as they cannot hold back the facts being brought up by their customers.

Excuses include what you have mentioned above.
EE is passing the buck to zee Germans on excuse number 3 in the excuse book.

The last excuse to me was that they only legally have to bill once per year. I was told 6 monthly when 2 months in contract.

EE stalling for time I call it......

I do feel it for the staff, they are the end users being forced to lie to customers and to face the music from its complaining customers.

However as a customer I lose compasion when im fed rubbish. When ive spent my time trying to resolve a matter to find out the problem has been brushed under the rug somehow.
I would have been fine if EE dropped my DD by the agreed amount, they failed to do this.
I then had to muck about again for EE to still get the incorrect amount setup.

If I have to make my own bill, I may as well run the full account and get market rates and do away with the middle man fully!

I cannot believe after nearly 4 months I eventually received my final bill and was certainly not the lack of chasing it with the billing manager and another person in EE.

Fingers crossed I will have something positive to report on 7 April.

However they have committed it to an email the refund is on its way
and complaints are ringing on Tuesday to check it has arrived.

I found the rep on Twitter very helpful and if it was not for the rep there I would still be waiting. Why not sign up to Twitter and then send EE a direct message.

I hope Tuesday is the way forward for EE. !
MSE, Twitter, Facebook etc.... I have directly called EE and directly emailed them. These posts are directly for others who find themselves with the same issues/concerns.

Can customers start charging £12 for each and every time EE fail to do their jobs!

Shouldn't have to sign up to Twitter, the only reason they monitor that and deal with you immediately is to avoid bad publicity. Why are they not responding on this forum! I don't use Twitter or Facebook - life's too short.
