EE seems to have a lot of old faces from N-Power.
Judging by N-Powers past, it does not surprise me in the least that EE is encountering problems with bills.
All the staff seem to be spending their time making out how great they are on social media than dealing with customer complaints.
Should we ask the Finance Director what his thought is in regards to bills for its customers!
can we post email addresses I wonder in this forum if they are for direct contacts?

I sent an email to billinginfo@extraholding.com, taken from the Germany website this morning. I have just received a phone call from EE in England responding to my email, (sorry if I took anyone's space in Q) apologising for all the troubles etc., also sorry that I have decided to leave. We had a pleasant chat and she agreed with all my concerns about billing, D.D and accrued credit, she will monitor the progress with regard to my switch and make sure that the final bill is submitted as soon as the final meter readings are given. She said she will phone me again in 2 weeks, I have her name...

The only word to describe this outfit is a joke! I've lost count of the number of weeks it has been since the complaints handler said he would call me back that same afternoon. The 'company' should not have been allowed to trade until systems were tried, tested and proven; and this business of bills being produced in Germany is just well....... words fail me! The regulator needs to step in and sort these clowns out, they get involved with the big 6 so why not this lot! Not one of them has a clue. Fingers crossed they end up on Watchdog.

I (and I'm sure others) look forward to next tuesday with baited breath. You could be the first person to get money back from EE. I intend to bail and go back to edf later this month. Having done the maths I'm not in credit by a huge amount but don't want to leave it before the warmer weather kicks in. We are a year down the line but I can't see any signs of improvement with EE.
