Just wanted to say so glad your family have contacted you.

There's no quick way to get money sadly, but it's amazing what you can do with none or very little for a few days if you have some bits.

Rummage in your cupboards and see if there is anything you could sell quickly on your local Facebook selling pages. A bag of your son's outgrown clothes would get you a tenner, or even a fiver would make a difference.

are you on facebook? a lot of areas have facebook online selling sites i have sold quite a bit on my local one and if someone want what ur selling you can get the money same day

no and i wouldnt thank him for it either we only split up last week due to his violence i wouldnt no were to start with him paying towards his son and tbh at the moment i wouldnt want him to

hi yes my family got in touch she said she was coming last night but still hasnt turned up have sent a text to just see whats going on if shescoming or not
i no its silly the milk and more becausee ive seen the van driving round my area so was suprised when theysaid they dont deliver here
thankyou and no not yet but going to have a clear out and get a few bits on there

I would suggest using public amenities and, if you have enough food, the rest can wait.

Not very helpful at present, but to anyone thinking of handing all of their finances over to their partner/husband - this is why it is such a bad idea. In my last job I saw so many women putting themselves and their kids in a very vulnerable position by relying solely on their partner's bank accounts. You should always have your own with enough savings to tide you over should the worst happen. IMO this should be a priority for any person because none of us can predict the future.
