They are all also paperless, whether that happened just now or whether I switched to paperless previously I don't know. All 3 accounts have been empty, zero balance, for some time as the 3% could be matched on my Santander 123 with less hassle.
** and I am definitely with TSB (sort 77-57-xx), not Lloyds
I have received 3 letters today confirming that each account is now a Plus account. Also each letter had a leaflet about the Classic Plus account paying 4.89% / 5.00% AER.
I thought I could only have 2. I wonder how long before one of these accounts is downgraded?
They are still called Classic Vantage 1, Classic Vantage 2 and Classic Vantage 3 - perhaps I renamed them at some point in the past?
EDIT: I have renamed them Classic Plus 1, 2 and 3 respectively!0 -

For anyone who had to take ID into a branch after applying online to get this opened, how long did it take for the account to be opened?
I opened two accounts online, one after the first had been opened, and had to take ID in for both of them, for some reason :undecided
Anyway, on both occasions, the ID was sent off by the branch, and I recieved an email before 11AM the next day saying that the account had been opened. Not bad, I think!0 -
Went into a TSB branch today to ask about the activation letter and withdraw money whilst I was there.
The branch was dilapidated, there was a person (who claimed they were homeless) asking to be posted a pin reminder and withdraw a few pennies over the counter (< 50p) and the cashier don't have any denomination higher than £20s.
Definitely not comparable to BOS even with same underlying systems. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

7 days since the branch supposedly sent off mine and still no open account.0 -

It goes nicely with the skimmed of amounts from the Club Lloyds, the 123s and all the Vantages and Enhances whilst they are still going. OCD or wot.
I'm setting up a standing order to transfer £6.70 pm (now that you guys have confirmed for me!) to a new Lloyds Club monthly saver (along with some other skimming of course).0 -

Similar story here, well for my gf. I opened both accounts online (I already had a TSB account) but my gf was a new customer and had to take her ID into branch. Took it in last Saturday and still haven't heard anything.0 -

Log in to the online banking.
Under the account name there should be statement management or similar.
Select that and set all to off.
Or just search the online banking help.0
