I've got the PDFs. I can send them via dropbox if there's a dire need. Though I'm guessing you've read them pretty thoroughly!
Plus, everyone who's got the account should have had them emailed to them.0 -

The interest month (they call it the monthly billing period), which runs from the 2nd working day of the month until the 1st working day of the next month. These are the interest earning days and interest is paid at the end of the 1st working day.
The funding month, which is a calendar month.
Both the above are explained on their website.
Ok lets assume i am not as clued up too all of this as alot of other people on this site, what part of the month would you set up the £500 s/o for or does it not really matter if its begining middle or end of the month, sorry to be rather lame but i am rather new to all of this.
i am assuming the initial deposit counts/covers the 1st months £500 payment

I've been told by two separate TSB members of staff that you can have 4 accounts each, with 2 of the 4 being joint accounts, although the T&Cs indicate 2.
I make that 6 accounts per couple - not 8 as per advised in your earlier post, as two are shared.
So, we currently have four between us. Just need to find a mutually convenient time to make an in branch appointment for myself and the other half. I'll post here if I manage to open a further two.

Thanks in advance!!
2 individual and 2 joint.0 -
I have opened 2 classic plus accounts easily, on-line and within 2 hours of each other, but OH has run into problems. We both already had 3 Enhance accounts.
After 2 failed attempts to open on-line last week (even though he cancelled the first as he was asked to create a new log-in), he got one opened on Monday by phoning. This appeared on his internet banking on Tuesday.
The guy on the phone said he had to wait 24 hours then he could open the second on-line. So today he tried to open the second, but again was asked to create a new log-in, which he did, rather than spend another half hour on the phone.
(This happened to me when opening Club Lloyds, but the new account appeared under my original log-in immediately, so he thought it would be the same with TSB, but this turned out not to be the case.)
The new account was opened, but did not appear under his original details. It did however show up under the new details, but he cannot operate it until he gets something in the post?
Obviously he wants everything under one log-in, so rang them and got nowhere......they claimed the account was not open, despite him having sort code and account number and confirming e mail.
On a second attempt to get it sorted, he was told they could do nothing over the phone, he must now go to a branch to get it sorted.
Has anyone else been told this?
It just seemed like the girl on the phone was saying it to get rid of him! Such a pain having to make a special trip to a branch.0 -
Out of interest, does anyone have the option to receive paper correspondence?0

3. We ask that you register online for paperless statements (and correspondence when available) .
not available yet i would guess0 -
As posted earlier by other people you have to wait for your activation code in the post to be able to see(and therefore de-activate) paper statements......
Any more offerings on the number of Plus accounts you all have? So far we seem to have three variations ....the 8 between two people I was originally told by TSB call centre, 6 between two people for a few ..... and the measly four accounts me and OH have been restricted to until my complaint goes in!!0
