Many thanks, AlwaysLearnin. Did you find this document through their website or did you bookmark it at some stage?

I must say, I am vastly unimpressed with the way TSB handle T&Cs. Apart from it being virtually impossible to quickly find the Plus T&Cs on their website, the document AlwaysLearnin linked lacks any links to the other T&Cs, and to the charges and fees that apply. It may be deliberate, it may be incompetence, whatever it is, it isn't good.

Also, it seems to say that my Enhance T&Cs are no longer valid if I have a TSB Plus. Which they can't really mean.

I recalled the link from when I applied, so went in to the first page of the application.

Agree, not the most obvious of places, nor the most comprehensive!

That document can be found several ways on their website. For instance, on the first page of the application form (right hand side and scroll down).

I did find a page where all the T&Cs were listed (ie Plus, Personal Banking, etc) with hyperlinks, but can't find it now! (still looking though).

so, (I think I am finally. although slowly).. you have
account A with £2000 in it you never go below £2000
account B with £2000 in it......you never go below £2000
then from account C you set up SO for £500 to go into account A and then from there is goes into account B...
Account A with 2000. Standing order for 500 to account B.
Account B with 2000. Standing order for 500 to account A.

The SO to each other happen almost instantly. No transfer from outside sources.

Account C is used to skim off the interest each month.

From 31 March the Vantage current account will no longer be available to new customers. We are writing to existing Vantage customers to update them about the benefits of Club Lloyds and to notify them that the rate on Vantage will be reduced to 1.5% from July 2014

Cashier at Lloyds branch telling me about club lloyds account, said the vantage interest rates were going to reduce each tier by 1.5% in July. So maximum would then be 1.5% and I assume no interest below £1000.

I just had to resort to looking at their welcome email. They list links to all the T&C's charges and rates at the bottom (no help if you're looking for them before you sign up though, I know)

When I went into the branch to change mine to gross interest the lady told me I could have 2 more joint ones and even went ahead and booked me an appointment to open them with DH - it is in a couple of weeks (earliest one we could both make) so it will be interesting what will happen then as the appointment is with her and she made a note it was to open 2 joint ones.

LOL. interesting to hear how she wiggles out of that. Probably with "the rules changed". To which, unfortunately. we as prospective customers, have nothing to add.....
