    Is it possible to apply for the second account in the same way, straight away?
    It sure is.

    I couldn't apply via online banking, but using the link above has worked, and the account has been linked to my online banking.

    Not sure. Internet banking won't let me open any more accounts until I receive my validation code via post, so I think I'll leave it until I get the code anyway to be safe.

    Just remembered I'll need yet more R85 forms for these accounts!

    Worked fine for me yesterday after an initial hiccup with the application form resetting itself.

    Great, thanks. It worked.

    Now I just need to work out the best way of shifting cash between theses two accounts and one of my Enhance accounts in order to maximise interest. I've £8.7k in total, so that's £2k in each CP account and £4.7k in the Enhance. I'm thinking:

    CP1 -£500-> Enhance -£500->CP1
    CP2 -£500-> Enhance -£500->CP2

    Presumably if the SOs are set up for the same day, everything is done at the same time, meaning none of the cash will get lost in "no interest purgatory" by tipping one or more account over the limit?

    And until I've got enough savings to make the other Enhance account worthwhile, I'll manually shift my salary into each month and use it as a normal current account, meaning more interest.

    When any current TSB customers apply for a new Current Plus account where does the new account appear in relation to other existing accounts in online banking- before or after?

    I currently have 3 Enhance accounts. I would like the new Plus accounts to be at the top of the online banking page. If the new accounts are placed after any existing accounts I will upgrade the existing accounts but would prefer to keep them as Enhance accounts if possible.

    I'll save Winston Churchill, Jane Austen, J. M. W. Turner and Alan Turing.

    Goodnees! Could you not suffer having them appear out of order at all? :p
    When I applied for my pair of accounts, not only were the new accounts listed at the bottom, the second one is ordered above the first so that my account numbers are no longer in numerical order. While I find this mildly distressing, I think I can live with it. :rotfl:

    Be sure to check your paperless settings for the new accounts - I'd expected paperless to be turned on by default, but it's not.

    Upgraded my existing classic account this morning to the new plus account one. Very simple. I'm sure the old one you had to pay in £1000 each month (which I didn't meet) to get the interest so I cant be any worse off as I know I can get £500 in :j

    Bit late now but I think cycling £500 twice to meet the £1000 funding requirement would have sufficed. Hope that's the case anyway as it is what I plan to do with the BoS Vantage account I've opened.

    Opened TSB Plus this morning but had to go to branch to provide ID. Bit of a pain but should be up and running in a few days, which is perfect timing for the ending of Nationwide FlexDirect 5%.

    Hi,

    Does the £500 into the account have to new external money?
    If not, could you do an internal transfer from the Enhance Account?

    Also, no mention of the Enhance Account on their website, so has that now been pulled? If so, will the interest rate fall for the Enhance Account shortly or be pulled completely?
