Regarding paperless and the interest. Does this include the old Enhance accounts. You have to be paperless to get the interest?

Just done this on my 3 Enhance accounts. I didn't find an option on line to do it.

Went to a branch with R85 forms filled out. They don't use these anymore was told and it's done in branch via computer. Take id with you if the accounts was opened on line and there is no signature on the account yet.

One failed to be registered and I done the 3rd over the phone.

Never been a requirement for the Enhances. Though I have them on paperless too.

Anyone tried upgrading an Enhance account to Plus? Doesn't seem to give me the option to do it online (only Platinum, Silver or Enhance) offered? Would prefer not yo phone if I don't gave too. Strangely at the top of the upgrade page is a link to open a second Plus account...

I used it to open a new Plus account and have funded it, however it hasn't linked to my existing accounts and I have a different set of user ID and logon info. No idea what happened...perhaps I'll have to ring them tomorrow and hope they can link them up!

Well just applied for my 2nd one.. went to main TSB homepage and applied there. So now I have *2 Plus accounts and my original enhance accounts all listed nicely on my online banking.

Now... when I go to 'upgrade' one of my enhance accounts, it seems to flag that I can upgrade to the Classic Plus accounts -- Surely not... not three?

Anyone else had this....?

I get an 'Apply for a Classic Plus' link at the top, but it is not listed among the options for upgrading my Enhance account.

As posted on the Club thread, this is available on all 3 of my Enhances even though I've got the 2 Pluses already. Why you would want to when you can get 3%ish on £5k on the former and only 5%ish on £2k on the latter is a no-brainer if you've got the savings available. It's a no.

... because the enhances perhaps are going to be pulled at some point to a lower rate... and Vantage too? It's been mentioned many times in various threads...
