I already have accounts with TSB and am registered for internet banking. To apply for my first Classic Plus account do I need to be logged in to internet banking?
Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but the thread is so long now.0 -
Log in apply for first TSBplus current account remembering to tick paperless for statements and correspondence. You can check you have done this properly by clicking your inbox.
Log out and apply for a second TSBplus account ticking paperless for statements and correspondence as above.

Why not just set up a standing order for the same day between the two accounts?0

Thanks for advice.I may as well set up the standing order method.I have got quite a few accounts of one description or another and it always worries me if my internet connection goes down. The Halifax reward account requires two direct debits and if for some reason i cant service the accounts i shall be overdrawn. So thanks for the standing order advice.0

Use 2 x £1 DDs. Leave a fiver or so in the Halifax account.
Doesn't solve your minimum pay-in but at least ensures you won't go overdrawn because of the DDs.0 -

I've had three interest payments now but all three for different amounts. £6.86, £6.22 and £6.65. I've had £2k in each account the whole time and have transferred my interest out on the 2nd of each month. How can that be?0

Because the number of days in a month are different and the dates that the interest is paid are also slightly different.43580
