Tsb plus account 5%

Hi,
I opened my plus account a couple of weeks ago and have tried today to open a 2nd act via my log in but it came up saying I wasn't eligible for a 2nd act.

I didn't think there were any restrictions? Could someone advise please? Would I be able to have a 2nd act if I started from scratch applying again?

Applying whilst logged on hasn't been working for folks.

Log out and apply for 2nd account in same way you applied for first. Use exact same name and address details etc., and system should link both accounts.

Had a letter today saying they tried to contact me regarding my account, but couldn't get hold of me, could I call them back and ask for a particular individual. It's an 0845 number, so I'm not going to be calling them.

I have two Plus accounts and one Classic Enhance account all sole accounts.

Does anyone know what this might be about?

Get an alternative number from here if available and give them a bell. The only way to find out is the ring them.

First thing I did, but wasn't available on there, I refuse to call that sort of number and get charged. 0845 4256147.

At the bottom of the letter I received from them last week they gave the internet banking helpdesk number as 0203 284 1577

That's odd, it still doesn't show up when I search for the number on SNT0870.

If you search by company name rather than the phone number it shows a few TSB numbers.

Seems you are not looking in the right place. Did you try ringing the number?
