ebay blatently stole my money

    All his listings under $1000 are with Global shipping but he claims he does not use Global shipping.

    "We cannot give you a refund until the package is returned. Honestly I do not know where the package is going to be returned to since you used Global shipping carrier not us.
    You will either have to pay for a new order or wait until the package is returned.
    If the package is returned to the Global shipping carrier you have to contact them to either re ship to you or send it back to us. We have no connection with that carrier."

    I have just given the details to the FTC.
    No one recommended me to so I don't know if I have done the right thing or not.

    Yes, I used paypal.
    I made one payment but it is two payments in paypal.
    One for the item and the other for global shipping.

    Then make a claim for non delivery through Paypal.

    Ebay themselves cannot make a refund.
