Is there a reason why you won't say what eBay says on the phone when you point out that it states it wasn't delivered? I struggle to see how they could reply with anything other than "ah, so it wasn't" when you highlight the specific tracking details.

ebay England say they have no jurisdiction over ebay America.
It is their call alone.
Even though they can see it was not delivered to me, they say there is nothing they can do.
They say they will email America asking them to review it again.

Frankly I think the whole thing stinks.
How can they not be allowed to right something which they know is 100% wrong?

Who do I talk to about this?
