You clearly cant trust her, so make sure you dont move out of the house before she does. If she moans tell her to leave, you dont know what she might do if you move out, she might decide to stay and then fight for the whole house.
She may be acting ammicable at the moment but women have a habbit of changing their minds!
Have you thought about who your daughter will be going with when the first one moves out?
I'd suggest that you stay in the house until its sold then you can keep your daugter with you for longer in the family home as that would be best for her while mummy sorts her new place out. Then she cant pull any tricks on you either, you have no reason to trust what she says. good luck my parents divorsed when i was 14 and it wasn't pretty, so keep it ammicable but be very wary.

I agree, get rid of the house now as a priority, it will come back to bite later.

If you do decide to move out, do yourself a huge favour and ring the bank and cancel everything, Mortgage, Insurance, Utilities, Council Tax, the whole lot.
I can guarantee you will get no thanks or acknowledgement for your continued payments.
I foolishly continued paying everything for over 6 months after I left (my decision as she kept kicking off in front of the kids, wasn't fair on them listening to that kind of language)

She will have not just friends but society itself helping her.
New friends will appear for her offering advice on what she can get from you, and how she deserves more than you could ever provide.

Watch your back, they will be queuing up for a slice
