I've never had a relationship and what happened with this person, was never physical. He did mention something about it yesterday - about how he wouldn't need protection because he's had the snip. I'm not stupid. I've been told by my mum that if we were to sleep together (which is never going to happen) to wear protection. The doctor told me the same, because the medication I currently take, there's evidence to suggest if I was to become pregnant, it would harm the baby.

I was meant to meet up with him today and told him no. The plan was to go over to Cornwall for a run. He then asked if we could go for a run tomorrow and I said no and that I'll see him Monday. I have a feeling he's not overly happy with this.

No idea why you think this, but that's not the case. I sometimes see him once a week at running club and occassionally see him on a Sunday if we're racing.

Your mother sounds very sensible and is absolutely right!

It doesn't matter one jot whether he is happy, you need to protect yourself from this man and you don't need to talk to him for any reason. Keep well away from him, please!

I saw him last night and I don't think he's too pleased that I told him we can't have a relationship. He hardly said two words to me.

My dad said I should tell my running coach what's going on. I just need to find a time when no-one else is around.

If he's not speaking to you that's GOOD! You want him as far away as possible, stop worrying about what he thinks, it doesn't matter.

When you say you saw him, was it at running club?

Yes, it's at running club. I rarely see him outside of running club.

Do you have an email address org one number for the coach? It might be best to explain this away from the group when the coach has time to process it.

I do, yes. I'd sent him a text yesterday and he said he hadn't yet received it, due to being away for the last few weeks.

I won't. At first, he did seem genuine, (we've known each other for about 15 months or so) but I'm now having doubts.

not that I think he would hurt you - but he seems to have the potential to become one hell of a nuisance!
