Well another day closer to debt freeness I guess...feeling tired & off to bed. Had a relatively relaxed eve & wathed the mummy diaries about women dying of cancer and it made me weep buckets & really thank God that I have my health...no children to miss me (apparently cats dont count!) but makes you think who would...not in a sorry for yoursel way but in a "ok, who would miss me"..possibly the same that I would miss desperately if they died way but makes me realise how money is just money. People ARE more important. HUgs to people like Triker who I know tonight may not feel like this because of the desperation they feel caused by debt. Its just all consuming and hard to remember in times of sheer desperation that life is precious and money incidental. Hugs all. A tearful & thankful ff is off to bed, safe in the knowledge that petplan still dont give a stuff but will be getting one last chance tomorrow!! Macey still downstairs and it seems that I am bringing her to the house in stages....still missing her. Only a cat to some but is lovely squidgy bundle of love to me who is irreplacable..Just puts it all in proportion...despire the current advert that is trying to convince me that a £150 toothbrush will make life better and the generous offer of a provi loan for (wait for it!!) 136% interest! Now theres an ofer you cant refuse eh!! Laughable if you didnt know that people would be e desperate as to take them up on it....criminal that they get away with it isnt it eh!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Morning debt busters! Working from home again today & want to get on! Alas woman downstairs has decided that today would be a good day to have the plumber in & the sound of someone taking up her concrete floor with a pneumatic drill is deafening so have been slightly delayed.
No pm yet K but in view of time you may be typing it!!
Thanks Hypno - did sleep well & have woken feeling better. I've got a lovely weekend planned...having friends to dinner so am going to cook a nice meal (will let you know what when decided - def banoffee for pudding!), pop into town for birthday pressie, go to allotment and then see friends. Hopefully will get a lie in! My toe is killing me - I picked the nail & it ripped too low, taking skin with it!! Oww! Must stop picking my nails! Can really understand why they use it as a means of tirture! Am going to have to resort to birkenstoks as too mainful to have a shoe pressing on it!
Anyway, I must on! Will pop in later! Have a good day all!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Hey all! So much to def having banoffee!! Just made a delicious chocolate torte!! Chilling in the fridge & with 4 bars of 80% cho in it, it most certainly IS chocolaty!! Tesco shop was expensive though at 48...seriously going to have a FHB (family hold back!) if I am to last on the remaining £33 til payday on 20th! I have some saved but want to last on it if I can!! Have pleanty of food so its doable me thinks! Tesco also had an offer on flour and just made bread so should be ok as long as nowt unexpected comes in!
Looking forward to my friends coming to supper (lamb tegine for main). Its friends from work who have just had a baby (who is coming too & shes a lovely little 1 month old dut & too young to be away from mum) but sadly will be moving back to NZ in Jan. J is my rent a husband and my hero - put my shed & greenhouse up & are good friends. Am really going to miss them so making the best of them while they're here! Her mum is over from Oz & a real character so I have the gin & wine in, good food & company! What else can you ask for except being debt free, new merc (or even old merc!) and a good man!!
Nail I have to say really is quite painful! Didnt realise how far down it ripped off!! Yuck & painful! Other than that not much news. Got a god chunk of my report done & finish it on Monday. Over 18 pages so far...and counting!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0
