So if anyone can recommend a good eye bag concealer for very pale skin I'd be eternally grateful. I like to look natural too not made up.

    Ahh my forte!

    My favourites:

    - NARS creamy concealer in Chantilly (this is PALE and very opaque)
    - Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser Concealer in Fair (Note the UK only goes as far as 'Light' so you'll have to get this via the US/EBay, most natural of the lot).
    - Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in Fair (a little drying).
    - Make Up For Ever Full Coverage in 3 (you need the tiniest dot).

Best Budget Buy: Collection Lasting Perfection
Best Natural/Got 5 minutes to do your makeup: Mayeblline Age Rewind
Best '8 Hours Sleep': Nars Creamy Concealer
Best 'Holy crap I look dead' coverup: Make Up For Ever Full Coverage

    :P

On a day to day I tend to grab the Maybelline or the Nars.

You can get Nars at 20% off fairly regularly on Asos or one of the LookFantastic/HQHair type sites.

Which BB creams do you use - I have a clinique that just about matches but for me they are all too dark. (Havent tried any of the Korean branded ones though)

(edited to read clinique rather thab clarins bb)

If I could stick my nose in -

I really rate the Korean BB creams, particularly:

MissHa - the one in the maroon tube, I use their lightest shade, I think its no. 21.

Baviphat - never hear anyone talk about this - it has very Benefit like graphics - I think its called Magic BB, I get the oily skin one (despite being combo skin) and it takes care of my tzone.

I did the selfie too, all my younger fb friends were doing it so I thought I shouldn't let the side down:D The idea has really caught on, although I am feeling a bit sorry for the likes of MacMilllan and Marie Curie etc whose Spring campaigns are perhaps being overlooked, think I might raid my 50p tin and make a donation to them, a member of extended family is at stage of needing the care aspect and these things always make me feel that I would like to do more.

Back on topic, think I am going to TA my almost new Bellapierre mascara, it is making my eyes itchy. I so wanted to like it because their range is advised as being animal friendly:(

That was me lyke :) As long as it's moisturising enough for you, I'd use it alone, I don't put anything on my skin in summer moisture wise except my spf cream. How old is the ultrasun? Don't forget the SPF halves every year it's open....

Oh dear. I bought the Ultasun sunscreen in 2012 and opened it to use on my cruise in August of that year. I applied it this morning after my PCMC as I can't do without this.
The revlon one it's a bit too dark but not too bad with powder on top. I use lily lolo porcelain usually in winter (but I've run out) and China doll in summer. It's SPF 30 which I really like

I think the maybelline colour adjust one is meant to be quite good but it's also a bit dark for me but not bad.

I'm desperate for a good under eye concealer Lily lolo is too yellow, benefit boi ing not strong enough, lemon aid was actually better but that's too yellow. Revlon one is ok but doesn't cover enough, faith in nature doesn't cover enough. I don't like touch eclait or the Clinique cheapo version. I'm using an elf mineral powder at the mo along with the revlon concealer and it isn't great but is as good as any of the others but a quarter of the price. So if anyone can recommend a good eye bag concealer for very pale skin I'd be eternally grateful. I like to look natural too not made up.

I found everything from clarins much too dark

For all the ladies who have problems colour matching their skin tone I used to suffer the same problem until I discovered Laura Geller Balance N Brighten Mineral Foundation. The pan of product is not all one colour and this is why LG says it adapts to skin tone.

Re: concealer - I have just bought the Bourjois one that is similar to Benefit Boing and am very pleased with its coverage, colour and texture.
Thanks dazedandconfused will check those out -although when my skin is having a flare up BB's dont provide enough coverage.

This is the problem I have with BB creams as well. I do have redness (but not rosacea) on my nose and cheeks. Am finding that the Bourjois concealer above is working wonders on this though.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

That MissHa looks fab! straight onto wish list

I don't personally understand the difference between tinted, bb, cc or even what they are for, i use a primer and a liquid foundation and haven't changed that ever, should i be?

I know ultrasun are a premium brand so they may be different, but sunscreens are generally only the spf they say they are during the first 12 months after opening, I use aerosols as they are easy to apply and aren't open to the air so shouldn't go off, I don't think the same can be said for normal pump sprays though as I think pumping the nozzle puts air in the bottle.....
