Huge hugs to you, emsjune78. Take care. x

Well, I have another UU to report! :j

The Spa Collection Shampoo with Lemongrass 30ml - snaffled from a hotel. Wasn't too bad, actually, especially for one to take away for a night away. One left in my collection for another time.

It's so satisfying to see all these items disappearing from my cupboard and nothing really replacing them!

    Two more UU to report

Lush bubble bar (rose) : WMBA: I prefer fresh and fruity scents but this was nice for a 'change'

Bomb cosmetics bath creamer:was nice enough but seemed to coat my body in a film WNBA

    Morning ladies,
A lovely sunny morning here, I hope it will last!

2 more UUs from my bath last night:

L'Occitane essential oils hair mask sachet. It smelled like vegetable oil, but has left my hair nice and soft. I probably wouldn't buy it though.

Philosophy candy cane bath and shower gel. This made me itch when I used it as a shower gel, so used it up as a bubble bath. I suspect it might be old, I can't be sure as I picked up a candy cane gift set (products sealed) in a charity shop, I thought I'd found a real bargain!! Haha. It was overly minty for my liking anyway. Wondering how to re-purpose the body cream.

Have a couple more minis spluttering so maybe can eek out a few more UU before the month end :)

Emsjune here's some hugs. I'm sorry to hear your news. Also hope work gets better soon.

I met a friend last week that I've not seen since I was made redundant, she said I was looking sooo much better, less stressed and much happier. :)So although I have less money, I feel soooo much better that I no longer have to go to that office and deal with the huge amount of stress and strain I was under.

Thanks Kadison for the suncream advice link. I'll look at the link and get a facial suncream to use over the summer

No worries! Re the work thing, I got the same comments when I left a job I hated (due to a total b**** - and then some - of a boss making my working life hell), I was upset to leave as I really enjoyed my job, just not the person who was on my back all the time!

It's amazing what happiness does for our skin once we get out of a crappy situation!

Thank you soo much for all the kind thoughts, it really does mean a lot :heart2: And what you said about everything comes to pass, good or bad, really resonates and I'm going to keep that to heart over the next few weeks.

I did raise a smile catching up with the thread to see that quite a few of us are falling off the wagon this month, in quite some style! :p I do love reading about the latest purchases. I have an urge to buy things at the moment but its also coupled with not wanting to be bothered so hasn't done too much damage. I have bought some bits of makeup that I needed and a few toiletries but nothing excessive. Plus still finding that Boots 3 for 2 is working across pretty much everything and vouchers etc so still being MSE, I think its ingrained in me now! Still keeping a note too xx

Glad to have helped provide a smile, I know I'm not the only one to fall off the wagon but my resolve has slipped a LOT of late! :D

Either way, glad you're feeling more philosophical about things, just remember that time does heal, things that are painful now will fade into the background and you'll be able to look to the future and all the amazing things to come xxxx

Off to Cancun in the morning, so some samples will be used up.

    Jealous! Have a great trip.

More hugs from me, emsjune, I must have missed your original post.

I can't remember when my skin was last this bad :( I don't know if it's chopping and changing moisturisers (had lots of half used pots to finish) or whether it's The Ultimelt which is to blame but my chin is uber congested and I have two whopping spots, right beside my lips :( Time to get back to basics, maybe?

Have any of you posted a barefaced selfie on FB?

I've posted a barefaced selfie, have you tried No7 cleansing balm, i've find during my monthlies this helps keep my skin calmer so you might find this helps during your transitions from various face creams

I have! And parting with tradition, I even smiled. Not that I don't smile but all of my friends looked really miserable when they took theirs!

    ((Hugs)) emsjune

Another bomb cosmetics bath bomb bites the dust WNBA for reasons mentioned before

I have 3 or 4 left so hoping just to get these used up before the end of the month and I'm also hoping my garner body cocoon cream will be UU by then too and my Trevor sorbie (I think) that's still on the go even though I finished my shampoo ages ago

I have no idea what a barefaced selfie is as I avoid social media like the plague. I have a facebook page in a fake name just to enter competitions and giveaways.

    I have uu

L'occitane Shea Shampoo - WNBA, too thick to get out of the bottle, lovely scent though.

Elemis Quiet Mind Bubble Bath - 100ml. Have more of these in the stash, I love it and will miss them when they are gone but I won't pay full price for it.

BS Sweet Pea Body Butter Duo - gorgeous smell but the dry skin side of the pot just wouldn't rub in so for that reason WNBA.
