    My £15 bonus has just appeared on my account. I expected it to appear as cashback, but it has been added straight in as a credit.

    Yes my cashback was still wrong, when I enquired again was told double cashback wasn't added correctly and not possible to be added now. They offered me another goodwill payment, so I've requested the cashback be paid, and once it has been paid I'm closing the account.

    They told me a fix was in place and would be applied on my next statement.


    Sounds like different advisors are giving out different messages.

    Reduced my monthly DD when it happened to me.

    AFAIK if the payment appears around 5? days before the DD is due it gets reduced.
