How do you check the Cashback is correct (i.e. doubled) or not?

Mine shows a number for June but its listed under the VISA amount with nothing against the AMEX amount. I have used my AMEX card a few times.

Edit. Amount for VISA spend looks right to nearest penny. But nothing for AMEX and would have expected 0.50 (50 pence).

Has anyone else found the transactions are a lot slower to update now that they've changed to Amex/Visa? I used to be able to see my recent transactions a day or two after I made them (depending on the retailer) but now it's taking about a week!

I haven't figured out whether it's just the Amex or if it's both but I'm finding it a bit irritating - especially because they seem to drop off the pending transactions total after a few days but still aren't listed.

Just an update for anyone having a similar problem. I spoke to Barclaycard today and they said they were aware of the problem, that it's related to the change in cards and although they don't have a definite fix date they expect it to be resolved within the next few days.

    Fingers crossed

I had a Visa transaction show in detail on the same day.

My MasterCard was declined twice today, think it's the end of the line for 1% on everything. Splitting between new Amex Platinum and Santander 123 from now on, might still use the Barclaycard Visa for 0.5% on other stuff, trying to work out if it's better to use this or my Clubcard one going forward.

Quick question as you lot will probably be more helpful than the CS rep I just spoke to ;)
For the Barclaycard Secure thing, do I need to re-register with a new user name/ password combination for each of the Visa and Amex? The CS guy was adamant that I *also* needed to re-register on the main Barclaycard website too for BS to work :rotfl: so, erm yeah...

When using the new Amex & visa cards I was prompted to set up new BS records for each card, so I think the answer to your question is yes.
Logging into the main Barclaycard website remained unchanged.

Yeah that I know because I've logged in since receiving the new cards and they were showing in there, which is why I thought !!!!!! when the CS guy started saying that I needed to completely re-register on the main Barclaycard site, then re-register each card on BS with a new user name/password for each. Hence why I decided to double check things on here :D

Thanks, will get round to doing it at some point.

I tried adding them on to my existing barclays secure account the website looks setup to add additional cards but it wouldn't go though, spitting out the error

    >According to our records the cards you are trying to register are not related. Please try to register this card separately or contact us for help on 0844 811 9152.
